Return and Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Conditions
First: Unopened Products All products are eligible for return or exchange provided that:

  • The original packaging is unopened and intact.
  • In this case: The customer bears the full shipping costs associated with the return or exchange process.
Second: Opened Products (Defective) If the product has been opened and a manufacturing defect or malfunction is discovered:
  • The customer is entitled to return the product or exchange it for another.
  • In this case: Blend Store bears the full shipping costs, with no fees charged to the customer.

Non-Returnable Cases
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Products that have been actually used beyond the purpose of inspection.

Return or Exchange Steps
  1. Contact customer service within the specified return period.
  2. Explain the reason for the return and attach photos of the product if necessary.
  3. The request will be reviewed by the Blend Store team.
  4. Upon approval, the customer will be guided through the shipping instructions.
  5. The product will be inspected upon arrival to ensure it complies with the conditions.

Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed after the return is approved and the product has been inspected.
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used, or via bank transfer for orders paid by Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • The refund process takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Exchange Policy
  • Products may be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value, with payment of any price difference.
  • The exchange process is subject to the same return conditions outlined above.
